A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
Our focus to plan events for both men and women. We like to get everyone involved in the wedding process from the Bride to Guest. Our events are held at top high-grade venues around NYC. We invite selective vendors to demo, promote, and sell their products and services.

We plan 4 major events per year.

Our events are both affordable for vendors and guest. You don't want to miss out.

Expo Extravaganza August 21, 2009 5pm - 10pm

Calling all vendors:
We are doing an expo if you are interested in participating. Our Expo Extravaganza is on August 21th 2009, 5pm – 10pm. We are seeking for representatives in different areas to have a table set up and have their products and services available for guest to view and try. There are different packages available for every vendor. Register early to secure your space. We have a capacity we cannot go over. If you are not available to attend we encourage sending 75 - 100 fillers with samplers of your products and services for free advertisement. We are also giving out program booklets with our agenda and business advertisements. We will be selling advertisement space for the color program booklet. We would also appreciate items/gift baskets/certificates to raffle off. Please feel free to invite friends and family.

It will be posted in our website and program agenda. Other forms of advertisements are available. Contact if still interested and help you register online. I will be having photo release forms apart of sign in at the event as well. More information will be available on the web when we have other details confirmed.

I would love to see some of your products to purchase at this event as well as a free item/service you can give to guest Free of charge. We are doing it at a great location in NYC: ChacalaNY.com. You will have plenty of room to work with. We have different vendor packages. This is a 21+ years old event.
Sponsor Our Events and Site by make a donation or contribution.

When you send fillers and items for our events your company will be honored on our site as a Swag Bag Sponsor. If you make a contribution or donation, monetary or needed item for our event, companies will be titled Event Sponsors. Continuous Sponsors for our events and site will be titled as a Continuous Sponsor with free advertisement for there business.
