I assume you mean from the Bridal Tweets forums, right?  If so, then look at the email itself. there are two links to look at:

1. To stop following this group, go to... That link will unsubscribe you from that forum

2. To control which emails you receive on BridalTweet Wedding Forum & Vendor Directory, go to...that link lets you manage all the forums.

You can fine tune your options to keep in contact without being buried.
