I receive spam email for "wedding services" on a daily basis. It's got so bad that I have to look in my spam folder every day inorder to weed actual leads from fraudulant. Are you having the same problem?

I received my first one then shortly after that...i received the same one a few days later then several others...i just ignore them as i get spammed like that constantly by winning the lottery and inheriting millions of dollars....
I get these constantly...almost on a weekly basis. They usually say they are out of the country, and the wedding is usually in a few weeks. I ignore them but I remember once I was on my association's website and they did say we should forward these emails to the FBI as it is fraudulent.
I get these all the time, unfortunately there's no spam filter that can tell the difference between a legitmate request vs a fake one. Anyone can create an email address in hotmail, yahoo etc so you can't filter based on that. Just always be careful and request to meet the person
Yep. Very similar to the Nigerian one about a long lost relative and an inheritance. One I received today reads like this:
"Hello,

I need to know what you can offer? I have a budget of about 40,000pounds. This amount includes funds for every arrangement that we might approve for you to provide for us.These items includes; Venue,video,photography,make-up/hair artist,food and drinks,fireworks if affordable.etc.The wedding will taking within the 2nd week of DECEMBER,2009.and we are expecting a total of 60 guests which includes 7 VIP\'s and the bridesmaid.
