Ginny and John here, from Stardust Productions. We are doing some research and welcome your opinions!

As an alternative to digital video, we shoot weddings exclusively with vintage super-8 cameras for a beautiful, retro look. The films are custom edited by John (an Emmy-nominated editor!) to a soundtrack of the bride's choice, and transfered to DVD. The 10-20 minute wedding film plays like a highlight reel of the big day. Ginny (an award-winning graphic designer) also designs personalized wedding invitations.

We're based in Los Angeles, but love to travel. Please view our wedding films at: http://www.stardustprod.com/

Our questions:
- What bridal shows and events have been most helpful?
- What kind of marketing has proven most successful?
- Is anyone interested in exchanging referrals?

We're looking to connect with wedding coordinators, venues, photographers, etc., who might want to refer our services.

Your feedback is much appreciated!

Hey Ginny and John,

I actually work with a company called Gig Salad. Gig Salad is an online directory/resource for event planners to look for entertainment/services for their events. We cover everything from musicians and comedians to hair stylists and tent rentals, including a category for videographers.

What happens is a coordinator or planner will visit the site and they can look up "videographers" in "city, state," and if you have a profile set up the planner can then contact you directly for a potential lead.

Check it out at www.gigsalad.com!
Hi Jordan,

Thanks so much for the lead. We will definitely check it out! We've heard good things about Gig Salad elsewhere. You rock!
