Yes, I find the Chamber of Commerce to be a good choice.
I believe you should choose the most ACTIVE chamber in your area, not just the neighborhood your business is in.
My chamber used to even sponsor a Bridal Show !!!
Something most large and active chambers should consider.
hello Carolyn, thank you for the response! Its nice to know that there are planners joining Chambers of Commerce. I was looking at 3 different chambers in my area and noticed that none had planners so I was wondering if planners just didnt join! I am definately joining but was debating on whether to join the one that represents the town my business is in, or a larger one in a neighboring city. Mine is smaller but is made up of 7 towns. I would love to get them to sponsor a bridal show, that is one of my goals when I join. Thanks again.
