A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
We're smart, quirky, unobtrusive and enjoy nothing more than taking a sweet photo. And firmly believe the best moments come from people just being themselves. (But we'll pose you if you really want us to, you're the boss). We're here to translate your big day into art, and a lovely story you can "kvell" about in years to come.
Celia Tobin and Danny Ghitis are the Brooklyn-based creators of The Lovely Lens. Before arriving in the Big Apple, we graduated from the University of Florida with photojournalism degrees, then worked as newspaper photographers around the U.S. We have also traveled widely to document social issues. Our photography has been recognized by the Hearst Photojournalism Championship, College Photographer of the Year, the National Press Photographers Association, The Northern Short Course in News Photography, and more.
