A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
Hi, my name is Sandy of NotedOccasions and welcome to my mini portfolio. I hate talking about myself and I’m guessing you didnt come here to find out I adore Tina Fey {rock solid woman role model}, that I have never played in a rock band {playing a mean air guitar notwithstanding} or that I have a yellow lab named Bailey {think: love of my life}. Assuming you want the skinny…here goes nothing.
I’m a graphic designer. I believe that great graphic design is in the details {read: spending lots of time at the computer looking at pixels.} If you dont know what a pixel is~ congratulations~ because that’s why graphic designer types exist! {to save your eyesight} Really, though-design is more than matching colors and picking pretty fonts {but I do have major love for fonts} – it's about conveying your message to the world with a swirl, a flourish, a dot, a pattern- whatever it takes to creatively encompass your clients vision and send that vision out into the world with impact.
That’s what I try to do. EMPHASIS on TRY. I adore designing and am currently the owner of NOTEDOCCASIONS.COM , an online site catering to everyone who loves having a party. And who doesn’t because as I see it, life’s a party! From custom wedding suites to Bar Mitzvahs and fab holiday party invites- the designs are handcrafted out of love {eyesight is really overrated}.
