A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
I am the Executive Chef at Red Rocks Cafe, a restaurant with locations in Charlotte and Huntersville, NC. We offer full service on and off site catering including reception services and rehearsal dinners. Private, semi-private, and open spaces are available on site. We also have special relationships with local large banquet facilities and party yachts for memorable wedding receptions on Lake Norman. Several catering packages are readily available. We will also work with wedding planers to develop custom menu packages.

Red Rcoks Cafe Catering Information

We offer Private Parties and Catering from both of our Red Rocks Café locations - in the South Park area of Charlotte and Birkdale Village in Huntersville.

Each location has both private and semi private rooms to suit your party. Both locations feature beautiful artwork and warm appointments. We take pride in tailoring our private rooms to your needs, from food to service.

The Red Rocks Café location in upscale Birkdale Village is a perfect place to host your special event. Be it a dinner party, business presentation, or rehearsal dinner, we combine a special blend of ambience, food and service.
We offer numerous lunch, dinner, and appetizer menu options from the simple to the sublime.

We have two different rooms to offer your event:

The private dining room can comfortably seat 45 guests for dinner. It also features audiovisual capabilities via a 42" plasma screen. Laptop hookups are available for any PowerPoint presentations.

The semi-private dining room is ideal for large groups, comfortably seating up to 80 guests. With advance notice, we can provide audio/visual assistance.
The outside dining patio seats up to 60 guests.

Both rooms feature beautiful artwork and warm appointments. We take pride in tailoring our private rooms to your needs, from food to service. For further information on menus, pricing and available dates, call Marisa Salamida at 704.892.9999.

Our South Park area location in the quaint Strawberry Hill Shopping Center is a perfect place to host all of your special events. Be it a dinner party, business presentation, or rehearsal dinner, we combine a special blend of ambience, food, and service.
We offer numerous lunch, dinner, and appetizer menu options from the simple to the sublime.

We offer two rooms to host your event:

The private dining room can comfortably seat 60 guests for dinner and up to 80 for a cocktail reception. It also features audiovisual capabilities via a 42" TV Screen.

The semi-private dining room is ideal for large groups, comfortably seating up to 60 guests.
The outside dining patio seats 24 guests.
