A little about yourself and what you have to offer this wedding community?
As a Professionals Toastmaster trained and insures with the Executive Guild of Toastmasters and Town criers http://www.theexecutiveguildoftoastmasters.co.uk I am responsible for keeping the reception running effortlessly and to time, ensuring that events happen in the right order. I will liaise with the bridal party, the venue staff and the banqueting staff to ensure that events happen on schedule. I take care of these essential elements to result in a seamless feel to your occasion.
As well as time keeping, I will introduce guests to their hosts at the start of the receiving line, and announce meals, toasts, speeches, rituals and the cutting of the cake. Denise Ward your Professional Toastmaster will also help guests to find their seats for the wedding breakfast. Making sure the event runs smoothly and to time.
My presence of an unbiased, authoritative third party could also be of assistance if there is a fear of difficulties between guests. A quiet word in the ear of a loud or disruptive guest can do much to diffuse a potentially explosive situation.
I am there to take some of the burden from your shoulders and to ensure that you day runs smoothly.
Additionally I can work with you around speeches and staging if you require.
As an actress I am able to afford you the luxury of strong, clear delivery without being overpowering. I am unlikely to become over phased by unplanned issues. I see the event as similar to a play and work by using a script for the day with carefully planned timings with you and your guests as the central cast.
As a female I am able to liaise well with all parties where there is a tradition of gender segregation. I also can be heard in fine voice singing the ladies song at Masonic events.
I am happy to advise on any aspect of work and work closely with other professionals to ensure that you enjoy the occasion.
I am available to work in any area with a base in Hertfordshire.
