Full Service Wedding Planning and Design
This is our most comprehensive package. It’s designed for the most discerning of brides. Nati’s Party & Wedding Center will be there from start to finish, helping you plan virtually every aspect of your wedding day.
Initial complimentary consultation with bride and groom
Unlimited consultations and meetings via phone, email and in person
Budget development and management
Personalized planning itinerary
Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
Invitation, stationery, favor, and gift selection
Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories
Recommending suitable vendors (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, officiant, photographer, videographer, musicians, stationery, etc.)
Unlimited vendor referrals with preferential rates
Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors when necessary
Contract review and negotiation
Manage vendor relations and payment schedule
Menu tasting and assistance with menu selections and details
Final site(s) walk through
Tracking RSVPs and calling those who did not respond
Providing information to obtain marriage license and name change
Assist with finding appropriate guest accommodations and offering guidance on selecting out of town guest bags, baskets, gifts, etc.
Ceremony planning
Rehearsal coordination and instruction
Assistance with finding a rehearsal dinner location
Creating and distributing wedding day itinerary to bridal party and vendors if necessary
Final vendor confirmations and distribution of driving directions if necessary
Full wedding day coordination ( including one “day of wedding” coordinator and one assistant if necessary)
Day of Wedding Coordination
Maybe you've done all the planning but realize you want to actually enjoy your BIG day without worrying about all the details! This package is perfect for you. Nati’s Party & Wedding Center will oversee the final coordination so you and your family can enjoy your wedding day.
One face to face consultation appointment as wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within two weeks of wedding day. This meeting is necessary in order to accurately communicate your vision.
Ongoing and unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email
Preparation of a personalized wedding day itinerary
Checking with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
Rehearsal coordination and instruction
Collection of items (if needed) at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day such as: candles, guest book, favors, toasting glasses, place cards, etc.
Complete wedding day coordination (up to ten hours) with one Day of Coordinator and one Assistant: Overseeing, and directing the ceremony and reception. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Making sure that you, your groom and family are comfortable and have all the attention and service you need while getting ready for the big day
Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
Distributing copies of your wedding day itinerary to all vendors
Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors
Overseeing proper set-up of ceremony and reception locations
Access to NATISPWCC's essential wedding day emergency kit
Assisting with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets
Ensuring proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, menu cards, etc.
Greeting your guests and directing them to ceremony area
Finding and ensuring your flower girl and ring bearer are ready to walk down the aisle
Lining up and cuing wedding party for processional
Making sure you're ready to walk down the aisle, ensuring you and your dress look absolutely perfect for your entrance
Ensuring musicians are cued for correct pace and timing
Ensuring you and your bridal party are prepared for post-ceremony formal pictures
Greeting you and your groom with your favorite drink as you arrive at your reception site
Ensuring you, your groom and bridal party enjoy the cocktail hour hors d' oeuvres
Ensuring your music entertainment is prepared for your entrance and has correct pronunciation of the members of your bridal party
Making sure your makeup looks perfect throughout entire reception and assisting you in the "ladies room" (because we know that dress is big, beautiful and at times, cumbersome!)
Ensuring you and your groom has a fabulous time at your reception
