Inspired by Masterchef 2009 last year I made a croquembouche. Yes, it's as difficult to make as it is spell.
It took me 6 hours and I had to repeat one part of the recipe because I burnt the toffee to a cinder. It tasted amazing! After all the sweat, the near tears and the sore back I had a pretty fabulous looking dessert on my table.
