Wedding Song Writer's Weight Journey And Celiac Disease

Do we ever conquer the yo yo weight problem?  You think you have it figured out and BAM you lose all control over your eating.  Good luck to all brides and grooms trying to get healthy and shape up for the big wedding day.  My husband & I both eat junk food when we're having a bad binging weekend.  I gain 4 pounds over the weekend & he may gain one, what's up with that???

I weighed myself on Friday and my weight is up to 127, still trying to find a common ground between eating right and the foods we have in the house for my husband's celiac disease.  It's like I'm always trying to find a solution of the right balance of foods and exercise and my horrible binging. I remember when I was married almost 36 years that I was a size 5-6 and weighed 115 @ 5'2".  I was married at 18 years old and started to have kids at the age of 21 and 24. My weight has been a yo yo of ups and downs between 115 and 145 pounds since.  About 6 years ago I lost all the weight and was down to 115.  I threw away all my larger size clothes and have never gone back to that 30 weight gain and loss.  I stay between 120 and 130 pounds.  I don't feel good at 130, my knees and hips hurt due to that I have fibromyalgia and the extra weight.  I'm happy that I have kept my weight to a 10 pound difference but gaining that 10 pounds is very easy but losing it is really hard.  On the weekdays I try to lose the 3-4 pounds that I gain every weekend.  My calorie difference is too much and I need to find a solution.  So I have only cut my calories very slightly and want to lose 1/2-1 pound a week and try to eat the same all seven days.  I know I will eat more on the weekends but I'm going to try not to over load my body with so much junk food.  Maybe if I only lose about 1 pound a week it will stay off, maybe.
