Wedding Song Writer's Weight Journey

Hopefully my journey can help some of you brides that are trying to lose weight or just mainatin your weight for your big day.

Well, I went off the 7 day diet and have been on a regular healthy diet for about ten days. I was wondering if my weight would go up fast since I'm not on the cleansing diet any more, it did not. I have maintained or loss more weight. I am holding steady at 121 pounds. I noticed that when I gained a pound, the day before I had a higher sodium meal than usual. The two days I went up one pound I had a Healthy Choice frozen dinner or Healthy Choice soup. I loaded them with extra veggies. It had to be the sodium because the next day I was down that pound that I gained from the high sodium food. Here is a daily meal plan that I have stayed pretty close to.

Breakfast: Oatmeal, steel cut oats or I mix Fiber 1 Original with Fiber 1 Honey Clusters, all with a half banana.

Lunch: Dietz and Watson lite turkey or ham, Laughing Cow Lite Cheese on wheat bread.

Dinner: Lean protein (chicken, turkey, pork or beef) with tons of veggies.

2 snacks: Orville Redenbacher 100 cal. popcorn or fruit.

This all equals about 1200 calories. I'm 5'2" so I believe it's the right amount of calories for me.

I also exercise 30 minutes, five days a week with weights and aerobics combined. I would like to get down to about 117 pounds on Friday to give me a little wiggle room on the weekends. It is very do-able.
