Things are not good, not good at all. Weight was up agian this week to 129. Then party Friday, Saturday and Sunday for father's day. Too much good food to pass up. Today I feel horrible. My stomach feels horrible and I don't feel like working out. Mondays are always bad for working out due to extra calories in food and drinks. I feel sluggish and just don't want to do anything but lay around. I'm having a problem with my hips and knees cuz of the extra weight. I know it's only 10 lbs but that's what happens when I gain only a few pounds. I can't imagine what people feel like that gain 100+ lbs, I just can't imagine. I guess the weight is gained little by little and you start to feel bad with aches and pains but you learn to live with it. Then you get so depressed that you eat more and gain more weight. I remember for my wedding at 18 years old, I never worried about weight and it never dawned on me that I needed to lose weight for my wedding day. Thinking about losing weight for a special event like a wedding just isn't right. Fitness should be a part of every day life. I sure do feel better when my weight is down mentally and physically. Hopefully you brides and grooms that are losing weight for the wedding will keep it up after the wedding day. Get it under control and try to keep it under control. The older you get, the harder it is to lose weight and keep it off. Best wishes goes out to all brides and grooms that are trying to lose weight for their wedding day and hopefully it will be a new start to a new fitness routine.
