Wedding Open House Update

Well, it's been quite the week! On Thursday I had planned to work on my Wedding Open House to-do list. I woke up and figured it's cold out so I'm not going to bother fussing too much with hair and makeup. I put on some comfy clothes, poured cereal and coffee and my brother calls. He's on his way to Ohio to do some things for his mother-in-law and to rescue her kitty (MIL is in nursing home temporarily-long story). So, being the nice sister I am, I ask if he would like me to ride along and keep him company. He says that would be great!! So, in half an hour, I am packed and on the road to Ohio. We left around 10:30 AM Thursday, got to Ohio around 9:30Pm and then left Ohio at 5:00PM Friday and got home around 2AM Saturday! Talk about exhausted! I spent most of the day yesterday just mainly hanging out (I also ended up with a cold from my niece and nephew whom I babysat on Wed!).

So, during the time I was gone, a bakery offered to donate a wedding cake for the Open House and B'loonie Gifts offered to decorate the church! I am so excited that things are moving right along. The ads in the Plymouth Review and the Beacon look great. I plan to advertise in the Sheboygan Press next week. I am hoping to get a great response from couples!
