Non-Alcoholic Punch Recipes
Orange Egg Nog Punch
1 quart reduced-fat dairy eggnog or 1 can (1 quart) eggnog
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 can (12 ounces) ginger ale (chilled)
In large pitcher, stir eggnog and orange juice concentrate until well mixed. Slowly pour in ginger ale and stir gently.
Egg Nog Punch
1 quart dairy eggnog
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 quart 7-Up
Combine eggnog and softened ice cream. Slowly add 7-Up. Serves approx. 20.
Hot Spiced Cider Punch
1 pint sweet cider
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 pint 7-Up (2 cups)
1 tbs. whole cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 sticks of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Tie spices in cloth bag. Put all ingredients into 2 qt. saucepan. Add spice bag, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove spice. Serves 8-10
Cranberry Punch
4 c. cranberry juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. almond extract
2 qts. ginger ale
Combine first four ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved, chill. Then add ginger ale just before serving. Add cherry ice ring to keep punch cold. Serves 30.
Shaye's Wedding Punch
1 can sweetned condensed milk
1 Large frozen orange juice
1 Large frozen pinneapple juice
2 Liter 7-up
Great taste!
Apricot & Orange Punch
1 6-oz. can frozen orange juice
1 46-oz. can apricot nectar
3 quarts (96 0z.) 7-Up
Blend orange juice and nectar. Gently add 7-Up.
For extra zing, float one quart orange sherbet, in scoops, on top of punch. Serves approx. 35
Punch-in-a-cloud
2 quarts Sherbet - Choose flavor according to the color and flavor desired
3 - 2 liter size bottles of 7-up
place half of the sherbet into your punch bowl and allow to soften. Add 7-up gently. Do not stir. Float remaining sherbet in scoops on punch. Serves approx. 50
Wonderful punch
2 12oz cans frozen lemonade
2 12oz cans frozen orange juice
2 46oz cans of pineapple juice
1 cup of sugar
6 cups of water
mix all ingedients well then freeze for at least
12-14 hours are until frozen. Then serve in punch
bowl , pour gingerale in until slushy. Makes
quite a bit...
Big Red Punch
2 liter bottle Big Red (red punch soda)
46oz can pineapple juice
2-3 small cans crushed pineapple
Pour Big Red and Pineapple juice evenly. Put one can crushed pineapple in punch. Use the rest of the Crushed pineapple and extra juice to make ice-ring. Trust me it's really good!!! You may want to add more or less Big Red to taste. I'm not sure how many it serves because it's so easy to refill by just opening a can of pineapple juice and bottle of Big Red evenly.
Banana Pineapple Punch
Boil 5 cups sugar in 6 cups water
Add juice of 6 lemons
1 quart orange juice
2 cups pineapple juice
6 mashed bananas
Mix well, then freeze in small bags. Take out shortly before adding 2 quarts 7-Up in punch bowl. Makes a delicious and unusual punch
Frothy Fruit Punch
2 quarts lemon-lime or 7-Up
1 46 oz. can pineapple juice
146 oz. can orange juice
2 pints lime sherbet
Chill lemon-lime drink and fruit juices. Combine fruit juices, slowly add lemon-lime drink. Add scoops of sherbert. Garnish with fresh fruit. Strawberries are great with this punch.
Cranberry Lemon/Lime Punch
1 can frozen cranberry juice
1 can frozen lemon-aide
1 can frozen lime aide or lime daquari mix
1/2 liter Sprite, ginger ale, or 7 UP
Mix in a very large container with 3 cans of water, then dilute with more pop to taste.Should be quite tart.
Add lemon and lime slices as garnish.
Frozen cranberries are attractive too
Raspberry Sherbet Punch
1/2 gallon Raspberry Sherbet
2 liters of Ginger Ale
1 33 oz can of pineapple juice
Combine all together and serve
Citrus Punch
2 cans frozen orange juice
2 cans frozen lemonade
8 cans water
2 cups grenadine syrup
Juice of 3 lemons
3 quarts 7-Up or Ginger Ale
Float Orange slices on top. Add Cherries
Great Wedding Punch
2 liter Gingerale
2 liter Club Soda
1 bag frozen strawberry & 1/2 bag frozen raspberry blended.
1 can of frozen lemonade
1 can of frozen raspberry grape
1 quart of frozen sherbet! put sherbet in last and let melt!! AWESOME!!!!!
Add Alcohol if desired!!!
Champagne Punch
1 gal. Sauterne Wine
4 bottles (qt.) champagne
2 bottles (qt.) ginger ale
1/2 pt. sherbet
Ice cubes to chill
Alcoholic Punch Recipes
Wedding Punch
2 fifth bottles of Bourbon
Juice of 12 lemons (total 12 oz.)
1 cup sugar
1 pt. very strong tea
2 bottles (56 oz.) club soda
Mix thoroughly. Pour over large piece of ice or 2 trays of ice cubes. Add soda last. Decorate with fruit
Party Punch
1 fifth Bourbon
8 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
8 oz. unsweetened grapefruit juice
4 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 bottles (qt.) 7 Up
Pre-chill ingredients. Mix in bowl.
Add 7 Up last. Decorate with fruit.
Planter's Punch
1 gal. red wine
4 bottles (qt.) champagne
1 bottle (qt.) Vodka
1 oz. lime
Ice cubes to chill
Honolulu Cooler
1 gal. pineapple juice
6 oz. lime juice
2 bottles (qt.) vodka
2 bottles (qt.) 7 UP
1 bottles (qt.) brandy
1 bottle (qt.) soda
Ice cubes to chill
Open House
1 small can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
6 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 small cans (total 12 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate.
2 1/4 qts. (72 oz.) pre-chilled 7 UP
2 1/2 cups (20 oz.) blended Whiskey
Mix in punch bowl. Add 7 UP last. Add drops of red food coloring as desired (optional). Add ice cubes or lumps of ice. Garnish fresh fruit.
Anniversary Punch
1 fifth Bourbon
3 cups (24 oz.) cranberry juice cocktail
1 qt. 7 UP
1 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
1 dash Bitters (optional)
2 qts champagne
Pre-chill ingredients. Pour into punch bowl or large piece of ice. Add champagne last. Decorate with slices of lemon and orange.
