Vent: Advice to wedding vendors, from wedding vendor/client

Please watch what you type and how you type it, when dealing with
potential customers.

As some of you know I'm not only a client, I'm a travel agent. Without
notice I will switch hats from vendor to client, because I'm super
excited about my big day. :) I asked a question about color matching and
a vendor (an announcement/menu card company I think) responded with a
"you wanna do what" type of answer as if I'm an idiot. Not only was this
on the rude side but did he not understand my damned question!

Vendors, I'm only doing my honeymoon arrangements. I might print my own
save the date cards, but I am looking to (some of ) YOU for the most
part, to pull of my "simple with a wow factor" wedding day.
Your "attitude" online is seen way before I agree to do any kind of
business (or referrals) with you.

Think before you type. I shouldn't have to suggest this in 2010.
