One of the best ways to explore Melbourne is with the help of the City Circle Tram. The tram is free, and it passes through many of the most important city's landmarks such as Princess Theatre, Windsor Hotel, the Old Treasury Building, and the Parliament House. The tram passes every 12 minutes, and it takes around fifty minutes to complete the ride.
