There are many forces, within and without, that affect the way we dress. Looking good is a goal for many people when dressing, but you may find yourself pushed to keep off from the looking good part of the tale.
Style goes beyond what you wear. It can be described more in how you wear your clothes, and the statement you try to pass in your dressing code. Dressing is a way of creating our identity and our personality to people. It is one of the most powerful ways that you can use to influence the way people think about you, even without having to say a word.
Many things influence the way you dress. You may want to know that most of the influencers of the way you dress are not even near the fashion industry. If you have found yourself changing the way you dress for reasons not known to you, then here are some of the possible reasons why you reconsidered your dress.
Have you ever noticed that you automatically change your dressing plans as soon as you hear the weatherman, making themselves clear? Funny as it sounds, a great weather may not convince you to dress as you want, as much as the weatherman does. However warm it might be, you will want to be prepared for a storm if the weatherman said there will be a storm. You will automatically dress up in a way that will accommodate the perceptions of the weather man.
If you were a casual code person and then you get a job that insists on formal wear, you will soon find out that, your wardrobe, quickly runs out of casual. However it happens, there is a tendency for people adopting to new ways and thinking that they actually look better that way.
If weekends were your days to keep in shorts, you will soon grow weary of the shorts, and start throwing in a baggy shirt, and some old time formal pants. You got to watch out for this!
You may not have the type of friends that bash you for how you dress, but if you are the type that easily goes with the wind, you will find yourself looking for some figursyede kjoler. It may not seem as serious, but chances are that your brain will unconsciously work towards your fitting in with the clique you hung out with. Human beings are created to long for approval, and a change of clothing is one way to seeking the approval of friends.
Hardly will you find a golfer’s wardrobe with more shirts than tees. Even when off the field, an unconscious identity marking associates you with what you love doing. You will want to spot some of the gear that you mostly find yourself in when pursuing you interests.
For footballers, there is more comfort and identity in wearing t-shirts and shorts. Casuals are the greater brand in their wardrobes than official wear.
For guys who carry skateboards around, you are most likely going to find them in baggy pants and calligraphic t-shirts.
You might have found yourself in a tight spot thinking that you look better in the kind of clothes that your favorite actor in a movie wears. Well, that is one of the incognitive ways that your brain can influence your dressing. Human beings have a way of relating with what they think is good for them.
If you are so absorbed with your favorite actor, you will skip all the lines in your wardrobe until you find something that looks more like how your favorite actor looks like. That is why rocksters have a great semblance in their dressing code. They saw, and they believed in it.
