The Marathon Engagement Story

The winner gets a 7 night stay in Akumal (pay for 4 get 3 free) with one of our gracious condo owners. Lanai/patio area overlooks the sea and is absolutely beautiful. The Bride/Fiancee, at this point, was running in the NY Marathon, she is from Toronto, CA. Her boyfriend went all the extra steps (and evidently there were many) to find out HOW to have a banner for her at the final steps (she made it!). She was really surprised to see her name on a Banner and was overwhelmed by his proposal right on the streets of NYC in front of everyone who was gathered to watch the Marathon and even the Marathoners themselves! Her story is absolutely fabulous and her fiance is great. What a thought and what an unforgetable way to ask someone to marry. Love conquers all. What stories they will be able to tell their children.
