Will It Be Grand?

It’s finally here, your Wedding Day! You are about to make your GRAND ENTRANCE and kick off your wedding reception! This will be a highlight moment in a series of highlights that will make up your wedding day.

…Your parents are at the front of the line. They look back at both of you with a prideful smile before the doors swing open and they disappear into the room. Lined up in front of you, your bridesmaids & ushers are discussing their dancing routines one more time before their big entrance. One by one, couple by couple, the doors swing open and they too, disappear into the room.

It’s just the two of you now…You look into each others eyes and, without saying a word, share the feeling & excitement that this is going to be an amazing night… An Amazing Wedding Reception!!!

Beyond the doors in front of you, you hear your married names announced! The doors swing open. When your eyes adjust to the light you find your friends and family on their feet, screaming, cheering, and applauding. You make your way to the dance floor where your wedding party has formed a “Tunnel Arch”. The two of you dance into the tunnel as your photographer snaps away on the other end. This is it. It’s finally here. All the hard work, planning, coordinating, and “occasional” stressful moments are behind you.

It’s time to party!!!

A well planned & thought out entrance can lay the ground work for an incredible party…

Upon arrival at your site, we suggest formally starting your wedding with a GRAND ENTRANCE. Those selected to be a part of this entrance usually include Mom, Dad, close friends & family, Ring Bearer & Flower Girl, Best Man & Maid/Matron of Honor. This announcement creates the feeling that the party is officially beginning.

It is not being done as an “introduction”, but rather as an enthusiastic recognition of these special loved ones. We will coordinate the entrance order of each couple/person and then announce each name as they enter to their own upbeat musical sound track.

Many entertainers believe that loud music & even louder introductions are key ingredients for creating a memorable performance! Your GRAND ENTRANCE will set the tone for the rest of your reception and should be used to create fun, entertaining, informative, personalized connections that allow your guests to feel involved and invested in your special day.
