stylist / bride relationship

it is very important to have a bride/stylist relationship. by the time I actually meet my brides in person, I feel like we've known each other for years. Here is what I do. I always ask them if they want a phone conversation, and if so, ask them for their phone number and a good time to call them, and then I do just that. I give them the option to send me photos of what they want (hairstyle/make up) and then we go over the information before she gets here. By the time she arrives to the island, we've already  had some time together. She's comfortable and relaxed with me or my staff by this time. Then it's smooth sailing. We always do the trial run a day or so before the wedding. On wedding day, it goes quickly, and no stress.
