Though the snow is falling and the chill is still in the air, Spring is just around the corner. This means Spring wedding season is closer than we realize!
Spring can be a perfect setting when it comes to tying the knot. Fresh air, bright (and much welcomed) sunshine, green grass… and of course, gorgeous florals. Here, we celebrate some of the best “must-dos” when it comes to springtime flowers.
Spring weddings celebrate color, and your blooms should do the same. We recommend bright yellows, like those featured on above (found via Pinterest). Consider solid yellow bouquet with a bold ribbon, or mixing yellow with another color to make a statement. Yellow can be a great color to pair with blues, grays, and whites alike.
Yellow not your color?
Consider a brightpink paired with a beautiful green. These colors will really pop against your white dress or crisp white linens at the reception.
Picking the right flower can be just as important for your spring nuptials. Tulips and Gerbera Daises are both excellent choices, as they both come in a variety of vivid colors and styles – everything from pink to yellow, lime green to pure white, lilacs, baby blues, etc.
Both are also known to be fairly sturdy flowers – set to “weather the storm,” if your day is all sunshine, spring showers, or breezy.
