OMG... When we came across Dave Parker’s website we wanted to know all about his background and about his unique and sweetest treats. So the story goes, Dave started baking cookies to make extra money while he lived in Spain. He wanted to do it back here in the U.S. but wanted a twist to make his cookies more...interesting.
