Soho couple preps for Gramercy wedding

Gemma Miles and Scott Crowe (above) met on New Year’s Eve four years ago. Miles, a native of England, was visiting family in Turks & Caicos while living in Tokyo as Crowe, an Australian who was living in New York City, was there enjoying a family vacation.

The two were at the same Irish bar on New Year's Eve. Seeing Miles was there with her brothers (he was with his brother), "he came up straight away and asked if I wanted a group photo," Miles said.

Miles, 32, left for a bit and when she returned, Crowe, 33, was playing pool with her two brothers, "so I took the opportunity to chat with him," Miles said. "We had very similar travel and work stories."
