Because #AVx emphasizes unique customization, we try to offer a conveniently wide array of options to accommodate your soon to be unforgettable event! The options we present for lighting is interesting because it offers different types of settings for your affair. While the music your DJ plays is quite important, the mood set by the lighting can equally impact the evening.

There are 3 different DJ packages we offer depending on your type of event and party size. These packages are called “Simple Affair”, “Sizzling Affair”, & “Spectacular Affair”. Our different lighting packages are included with each of them.

The basic light show packages (included in the “Simple Affair”) are suggested for small size parties and include lighting that is set up on the ground facing up. This lighting changes a regular room’s energy into the mood you want! You would be surprised at the impact different colors and shapes have on an event. The lights are on while the crowd is engaged on the dance floor and off during eating time.

The next level of lighting packages (included in the “Sizzling Affair”) are for a medium to large party size and presents a different positioning. These packages involve an overhead positioning of the light show, presenting a greater impact on the dance floor!

The last two lighting packages (included in the “Spectacular Affair”) is our “Intelligent Light Show”. An Intelligent Light Show is mounted overhead and is in motion throughout the event. It pans/tilts, creating a club-style atmosphere that makes for great dancing and pictures! A lighting technician is included with these packages and the light show stays on for the duration of the event. This creates ambiance during downtime (meals, toasts, etc.)

All of our lighting packages can be upgraded. You may upgrade any light show without having to upgrade your DJ package. You have the option to add “uplighting” as well to create ambiance and set a perimeter of lighting around the room. You can choose single color, which will match your color scheme chosen for your light show, or you can choose multi-color. Another bonus option is “monogram lighting”. Monogram Lighting is basically “your name in lights”. Picture a lovely message of “John & Mary 09/15/2014” up in lights shining on the dance floor or on the wall? These are the types of options #AVx likes you to have so we can help create an unforgettable event!
