Silhouettes as Wedding Decor

Are you looking for wedding décor that you can actually use once your wedding is over?  Why not try having a silhouette of you and your groom made.  Emily and I both ordered silhouettes of us and our husbands and displayed the silhouettes on the gift table at our weddings.  Now, we both have our silhouettes as part of our home décor.  There are several silhouette artists out there.  However, we both used Tim Arnold.  Our parents actually had childhood silhouettes of us and our siblings made when Mr. Arnold traveled to Montgomery years ago, and to this day, we all still enjoy looking at our silhouettes and the detail in them. Our parents finally had a silhouette of themselves made recently too when Mr. Arnold came back to the Montgomery area.

Since we had a good experience with Mr. Arnold in the past, Emily and I decided to order our silhouettes for our weddings from Mr. Arnold as well.  All we did was take profile pictures of ourselves and our grooms-to-be and email them to him.  You can also mail your pictures to Mr. Arnold.  If you live in one of the 18 states he travels to, you might notice an advertisement in the newspaper for him coming to a local department store or children's store to cut out silhouettes by appointment.  Mr. Arnold's turnaround time is fast and his precision/detail is outstanding.  His silhouette style containing such intricate interior cuts is known as the "European embellished style."  Mr. Arnold has years of experience, has made silhouettes that were displayed in the White House, and is recommended by the Smithsonian.  I can't imagine that a more qualified silhouette artist exists.
