When attending a traditional Indian wedding, you've possibly noted that most guests dress the same way. Usually it includes salwar kameez suits, sarees or lehengas in patterns and shades that have been present in the scene for so long, they've gotten dated. Sure it's the bride and groom's big day but that doesn't mean guest dressing should take a hit, right? Like us, it seems that Sayani Gupta believes in that too. Maanvi Gagroo married Varun Kumar in an intimate ceremony a day ago and celebrated with a close gathering of celebrity friends later in the night. The actor bride's co-stars were present for the event and the list included the lovely Sayani Gupta, who stars alongside Maanvi in the female-centric TV series Four More Shots Please!
To attend the wedding, Sayani chose a printed lehenga which was equal parts chic and equal parts whimsy enough to make a style statement and refresh the same old wedding guest style we've seen a hundred times over. Her ethnic ensemble was in shades of blue, both light and dark. Sayani's lehenga included a white printed blue blouse with short sleeves and a plunging neckline. A sheer dupatta was draped over her shoulder and matched her skirt, which featured both, the solid shades and patterned details as well. The light blue skirt came with an embroidered belt and a printed border at the end, which matched the blouse. Her dupatta included an embroidered mirror work border and she carried a white potli purse in her hand.
Sayani wore her short hair in a sleek bun and threw in a pink lip and dark lined eyes. Her choker necklace and dangling earrings matched up to the gorgeous wedding guest look amazingly well.
