Romantic Desert Wedding At La Punta Norte

It's refreshing to see a wedding that is truly original in its setting and decor. This wedding in Summerland, BC at La Punta Norte is set on the beautiful Okanagan Lake in British Columbia, Canada. The bride chose rustic elegance as her theme and shades of coral, peach, pink and soft green as her colors. What we love most about this wedding is the details the bride has weaved throughout the day to keep her theme going within every element. Succulents are placed delicately into the bouquet, bridal hairpiece and décor - combined with highlights of pearls, lace and soft desert tones make a perfect combination of rustic, romance & elegance on the backdrop of a stunning desert landscape. Their early September wedding was blessed with warm weather and gentle breezes for their outdoor ceremony. After the ceremony, guests gathered for a champagne toast and then nibbled on hors d’oeuvres and danced to live Spanish guitar. Afterwards, a Mediterranean menu was served. As you can see from the photos it was a beautiful wedding full of love.
