However, I realize not every traveler enjoys this task. Packing is more of a chore for many, especially when time can be an issue.

If someone handed me a plane ticket set to take off in 4 hours, I could be packed and ready in 15 minutes and so could you.

Whether you frequently find yourself packing last minute or spend days packing and need to free up some time, here are a few tips to speed up the packing process.

Each day, the week before you travel, set out one area of clothing or accessories. For example, Monday can be for shoes. Tuesday can be for pants. This method helps those who tend to pack last minute and never have it right on vacation.

By focusing in on one area for each day before you travel, you can see what you need to pick up or eliminate and you still have the time to make changes.
