So you’ve decided to give your guests the option to take fun, live pictures of themselves at your event. Do you go with a “Photo Op Station” or a “Photo Booth”? What’s the difference? How do you get what you want without paying what you don’t?

The Photo Booth I’m sure your already familiar with, but may not know how it is offered through #AVX.  We offer both “open-air” and “enclosed” photo booths. An “open-air” photo booth offers a backdrop with an open area that would be great for group pictures and “wilder” crowds. The “enclosed” photo booths provide a more private area for taking pictures and portrays a certain level of exclusivity and mystery. Both booths offer a crewmember to operate it, social media integration, as well as a conservative look or a flashy one.

The Photo Op Station is more of an all-inclusive type deal. You receive a 4x6 photo printer, a crewmember to operate it, and a live “Zap Photographer” to capture the moments. Your guests will have a wide variety of picture frames to choose from before having their picture taken. Most clients choose the unlimited option so guests can take as many pictures as they want. Otherwise you pay for the price of the station and the frames separately. Choose whatever background you may like for the green-screen and you can go from Paris to Times Square in minutes! Another great feature with the Photo Op Stations is that the pictures are available 15-20 minutes after taken! Just choose your custom photo frame and wait for your captured moment.

So which do you choose? That depends entirely on you! #AVX can help you assess your party size and budget with the perfect option to compliment them. We are an honest company that never tries to convince you to get a large package for a small sized event when a smaller one would work just fine for you. It’s behavior like this that makes us a #UniqueDJCompany!
