Orange juice helps in wedding planning.

What does orange juice have to do with planning your wedding?  More than you think.There are many reasons people drink orange juice.  Here are some of the health benefits.  It helps improve your immune system.  A glass of juice is equal to 5 fruit servings.  That’s amazing when you think about it.  Orange juice has high levels of magnesium and potassium.  That being said drinking a glass will help to attain lower blood pressure.  Research has proved that the juice works as an anti-inflammatory agent relieving joint pain.  So people who suffer with arthritis would benefit by drinking orange juice on a daily basis.  All these benefits are great but here's one that will help you in planning your wedding. People also drink orange juice to boost their energy levels and increase metabolism.  Who couldn't use more energy when planning a wedding?

When you are in the planning process no doubt you realize just what a hard job it actually is.  You not only work full time but you are running around like a crazy person trying to meet with vendors, work on guest lists etc.  You name it you are doing it.  It’s very easy to let nutrition fall by the way side.  This is the time you really need to keep your body  in check.  You don’t want to become run down or sick because you aren’t eating the right amount of fruits and vegetables. Don't forget that  stress can cause you all kinds of problems.

Who would have thought you get help by drinking a glass of orange juice. More energy, extra nutrients and minerals.  

If you are thinking that a Mimosa counts for your daily in take of orange juice think again.  The Recipes I found call for either two ounces of orange juice or ¼ cup.  Hardly what would be considered a serving of orange juice.  You need 8 ounces.  Sorry to disappoint some of you.  Oh in case you wanted the recipe I found it said: 

 ¾ cup of champagne, chilled
 ¼ cup orange juice.
