Brand new on the USPS shelf, here's a wonderful 44 cent stamp showcasing light and dark purple pansies in a white woven basket cart. These are now available on line at the
USPS Store
The 2010 Love: Pansies in a Basket stamp design is a detail from a watercolor created by the late Dorothy Maienschein, an employee of Hallmark Cards, Inc. Introduced as a Mother’s Day card in 1939, Hallmark reissued the design as a friendship card in 1941. Since Hallmark began tracking sales in 1942, almost 30 million cards with this pansy cart design have been purchased; more than any card in history. Wow - now that's impressive!
While this design is lovely, we thought we would see what other pansy stamps are available - ones you can customize and change the denomination if you like.

We found pansies in purple, pink, white, blue, red, cream and colors in between. There are great close up shots of the artistic flower and beautiful artistic intepretations. We love the water colors and striking close ups.
Whether you love the new USPS pansy postage, or one of the other talented designers' pansy flowers shown here, we hope you find your perfect pansy postage!
