When you are old and grey and full of sleep,
And nodding by the fire, take down this book,
And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep;
How many loved your moments of glad grace,
And loved your beauty with love false or true,
But one man loved the pilgrim Soul in you,
And loved the sorrows of your changing face;
And bending down beside the glowing bars,
Murmur, a little sadly, how Love fled
And paced upon the mountains overhead
And hid his face amid a crowd of stars. _ William Butler Yeats
The good news of Nancy Shevell and Paul McCartney's nuptials suddenly reminds me of my favorite poem "When You Are Old" by William Butler Yeats. Although Nancy Shevell, 51 is still charming and it seems that the years did not come across to her, and Paul Mccartney, the Former Beatle, 69 still as handsome and energetic as teenagers, their wedding indeed arouses the emotions among the fans and many lovers.
On the big day in London, plenty of fans and paparazzi are gathering to witness their romance and elegance. For this vital moments, Nancy Shevell seek help from a modest, chic long sleeves white dress, and also a pair of white high heels, while her husband Paul McCartney choose navy blue suit to match Nancy's white dress.
The flowers girl is McCartney's 7- year- old daughter Beatrice, who is the only child from this second marriage to Heather Mills.
During the ceremony, the loving couple is still relaxed and beaming, and is ready to welcome the blessing from the world.
As for the guest list, of course, it is an A-list, which includes fellow Beatle Ringo Starr and his wife, Barbara Bach; Olivia Harrison, widow of George Harrison; and Barbra Walters, Shevell's cousin.
The two lovers got engaged in May, and three weeks ago, an official notice announced and speculated their wedding date. We know that it is the third nuptials for McCartney and the second for Shevell, yet we get the very reason to believe they will accompany each other to the end.
