My wacky wedding hat

Okay, so for all you girls out there, I'm sure there are a fair few of you who have seen Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood. My best friends and I? Yeah, we've seen it a million times! Love it so much that we decided to start our own little Ya Ya sisterhood, with my 15 year old daughter becoming a Petite Ya Ya on my wedding day just over 3 years ago. So, the Ya Ya Sisterhood...this explains the hat that I'm wearing in my profile picture. And just in case you were wondering, yes, that photo was taken on my wedding day, at my reception. Needless to say, when I walked into the reception wearing that hat, there were quite a few stares...and it wasn't just because I was the bride.
Which leads me to my question to you...what crazy, totally un-orthodox item did you wear to your wedding or planning to wear to your wedding? The crazier, the better! :)
