Wedding event planning can be a complicated and time-consuming process. With everything from caterers to flower arrangements, brides do
not have that much time to waste when it comes to their wedding
invitations. So for those of you brides out there that already have your
letterpress
wedding invitations, this is going to be a really simple guide that
outlines the general etiquette for the invitation process.
Addressing the Envelope
Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to do this so that you do not feel forced to rush and end up making silly mistakes. Make sure to
address the envelope WITHOUT the invitation inside, to prevent any
indentations, creases or ink stains from tainting your beautiful
invitation sets.
When to Send
Do not wait until the last minute to send your invitations, waiting too long is sometimes perceived by guests as a desire simply for a gift
and not their presence. Make sure to give your guests 2-3 months so that
they have enough time to respond and plan accordingly.
