The pink salwar kameez by ace designer Anita Dongre features gota patti work along with colourful thread work and what makes it ratehr unique is the fact that this garment has been designed in association with SEWA (Self Employed Women’s Association) to sustain the intricate craft of hand-embroidery and create local employment opportunities for rural women artisans from Indian villages, thus empowering every village to become a self-sustaining unit.
