Kangana Ranaut made an elegant statement in a muted gold saree

Actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut is currently busy attending Parliamentary sessions. After stepping into politics, the actor continues to turn heads with her impeccable style when it comes to styling sarees and ethnic wear. Appearing at a recent event, she turned heads in a sheer gold saree which exuded elegance and feminine allure.

For her appearance at an event in Delhi, Kangana Ranaut opted for a muted gold saree. The sheer saree had a plain bodice but it was adorned with floral motifs on the pallu. The monotony of the saree was broken by gold borders on its hems. The actor paired this saree with a matching sleeveless blouse that came with a high U-neckline.

The saree was crafted out of mulberry silk, organza, and zari. The pallu featured floral motifs, such as jasmine, which holds high cultural significance in Southern India. The intricate embroidery of the saree elegantly frames the pallu and border, showcasing floral clusters inspired by European designs seen in the palaces of Chettinad. For the accessories, the actor went with classic gold jewellery. She opted for gold earrings which had red stones dangling at the base. She went with a choker-style statement neckpiece that was adorned with green and red stones. She finished off her look with a gold bracelet and a bindi. The choker caught the eye as she tied her hair up in an elegant bun.
