Interact More with Brides {Sponsored Blog}

Dear Wedding Professionals:

Staying organized is an essential ingredient to planning a successful wedding. Imagine if there were a wedding planning tool that could help you stay organized AND deepen your relationship with brides. I’ve recently come across a new online software called My Wedding Workbook Pro that does just that.

My Wedding Workbook Pro provides web-based event planning tools that enable you to better manage and grow your wedding business. First, it provides tools that let you manage clients, contacts/leads, fees, hours, vendors and much more. Second, it provides tools for storing and tracking every detail for all your clients' events. It also has a comprehensive calendar and provides detailed reports for all kinds of data including day-of-wedding timelines, budgets, head counts and more.

Now for the advice on how you can use this software to interact more with brides...

What I like most about My Wedding Workbook Pro is that you can give your clients free access to the software, so that they can plan the details of some of their smaller events such as bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties or honeymoons. You can even give your clients access to areas of the software like the Guest List Manager, so they upload their guest lists. The bottom-line is that these collaborative tools provide you with a great value-added benefit to offer to your clients.

My Wedding Workbook Pro is online, so there's nothing to download, install or update. All of your data will be saved and backed up for you. There's no need to worry about hard drive crashes or accidental loss of data.

Swing by My Wedding Workbook Pro and learn how this new software will help you to stand out from your competition. Let this tool enable you to deliver the level of service, organization and collaboration that brides today are looking for.

How can you benefit from using this type of wedding planning software?

Surveying your brides from time to time is another excellent way to interact. You can find out what's important to them regarding wedding plans, question them on new trends and find out ways to improve your services. To get maximum response, you might make it a contest, so everyone who enters would be eligible for a prize to be given randomly.

Thanks, this is a very good idea for wedding planners. For wedding photographer, check out http://www.shootq.com ShootQ is your virtual studio manager, assisting you from the moment a prospective client contacts you until the final product is delivered. ShootQ keeps your job leads and workflow organized, always reminding you what needs to be done next. As a side note, I do not own this company, but I use the program and I believe in it.

Thanks Dave. If nothing else there is a beautiful series of images on the shootq site you mentioned, by the winner of the $10,000 grant 2009, though it looks very comprehensive system for a busy studio too.

I've been using My Wedding Workbook Pro for about three months and I love it. I like the fact that you can assign a log on and password for each individual bride and then she has the capability to check on the planning progress and keep track of her guest list.
