You can find out what's important to them regarding wedding plans, question them on new trends and find out ways to improve your services. To get maximum response, you might make it a contest, so everyone who enters would be eligible for a prize to be given randomly.

I like the fact that you can assign a log on and password for each individual bride and then she has the capability to check on the planning progress and keep track of her guest list.
