Indoor Weddings with a Touch of Green

According to Muchmor Magazine, it's time to start planning your June wedding! On their blog this week, they published a great article about avoiding outdoor wedding pitfalls.

Even if you're having an indoor wedding, you can create an outdoorsy feeling by introducing a touch of nature. Here are four suggestions:

1. Hang your place cards on a small tree outside the reception area with invisible thread. Your guests will have fun finding their names and table numbers!
2. Decorate your reception venue with rented live trees from a local nursery or garden center.
3. For reception table centerpieces, instead of cut flowers, use tree seed favour ornaments on tree branches, mini-evergreen trees or other living plants.
4. Place an eco-friendly tree seed favour in a terra cotta pot at each guest’s table setting.

With a little imagination, you don't have to wait until the weather is warm to enjoy the atmosphere of a back-to-nature wedding!
