The incredible neighborhood of Pacific Heights, lined with Victorian Mansions, is where James Leary Flood built "a house of marble built on a hill of granite," better known as the Flood Mansion. This elegantly appointed mansion is a true San Francisco landmark. The mansion is comprised of over 11,000 square feet and features over nine different rooms to play with so your imagination can run wild. Your guests will be awestruck as they make their way up the hill to the semi-circular driveway and a tuxedo-clad attendant receives their car like a scene from a movie. They'll be anxious to see what else you have in store for them.

As your guests walk through the main doors into the Grand Hall for your appetizer and cocktail hour, they will be surrounded by elegance and grandeur. The expansive marble in the main hall makes a noticeable impact on your guests as they look down the 140 foot corridor of polished marble and ionic columned walls. If that is not enough to impress your guests, the bow windowed enclave at the end has one of the most spectacular views in the city - immortalizing the Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, and the Bay Bridge.

A late afternoon ceremony on the front steps is one of our favorite ways to begin the celebration. The front steps are your first impression. Consider adding a red or black carpet treatment - this addition, along with florals and candles, will give your guests just a hint of what's in store.
