heartA heart-shaped diamond is a symbol of love. It is among the most romantic of the diamond shapes.  They are selling popularly in solitaire pendants. Buying a heart-shaped diamond is sometimes the most expensive among all shapes. A well cut and balanced heart-shaped diamond is difficult to be found. When selecting a heart shaped diamond, symmetry is essential, as the two halves of the heart must be identical. The split between the two lobes should be obvious and sharp, and the wings should have a round shape. Most people will consider a heart-shaped diamond when they are looking for something more than 1 carat due to the fact that it is always actually looks smaller than it is. The price per carat in this shape is much higher.
