Getting Married on a Ski Slope in Western North Carolina

I have recently been talking with a bride about getting married on at a ski resort during the off season. The off season is about April through October depending on where you live. 

For this bride we were looking at western North Carolina. My top two choices were:


Wolf Resort

They have a Log and Glass Lodge with a rustic fireplace. They also have log tables and stone floors.

It is around $1500 for lodge. You can also rent cabins. 
Catering is available. 


Appalachian

They have a Bavarian style lodge with a huge fireplace
You can rent the dining room and lounge for around $1000. 

Catering is offered 

Additionally you can use the ski lift to get married at the top of the mountain on a ski slope. Cost: @ $500.
