Finding Dresses for the Ladies

Let me say, the bridesmaid dress search was a long and hard one. I started looking at bridesmaid dresses within a few months of getting engaged in December 2008, and didn’t end up picking one until this past
March.

We started out with no idea of we wanted, and my indecision on colors didn’t help us any. We are so spread out that after looking for a while, I decided maybe we could find one online and/or a regular store.
The first one I ordered was from Newport News, after seeing it in a
magazine. It was a long chiffon purple one-strap beaded dress (which I
cannot find a picture of, sorry!). I ordered one to try it on and see
the quality, which after a coupon I found the price was reduced down to
only $40.00! I really liked it when it came, but when I went on to see
about ordering the rest of them, they were sold out! I was pretty
disappointed, and we sort of took a break from looking for a few months.
