I have a gym membership, but I thought I would give this paper plates and pillows thing a try.

Now if this first week of February was Week 1, here is how I did.
Week 1 Mon: nothing Tues: nothing Wed: nothing Thurs: Cardio Fri: BBG (Body by Glamour) Routine Yep, off to a rough start. But, I got 5 months to work with before my vacation with my hubby for our anniversary. How much time are you working with to lose weight until the big day, or since the big day?
