Enjoy the Ride!!!

Many Many brides get too caught up in 'getting everything done RIGHT AWAY'...this is a HUGE mistake.

When you become engaged, your world takes on a whole new meaning...to gather ideas, make a plan and get the wedding and reception exactly how you want it.

And that 's a wonderful new thing for anyone to focus on...BUT.....

You should never forget to ENJOY THE RIDE!! Enjoy this moment...enjoy this time in your life!

A very close friend of mine has recently become engaged and her whole world is got-to-get-this-done and got-to-get-that-done ...so much so that she is forgetting to sit back and enjoy the fact that the man she loves, the man she wants to share her life with...has asked her to marry her!

My advice to all of those engaged ladies out there is simple...everyday, look at your future husband...look at him and smile...take a deep breath and let it all in...YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED!!!

If you race too fast to the finish line which is your wedding day, you will miss out on so much during this very precious time in your life....and...when you look back... and you will....you will want to know that you not only got married, you enjoyed the 'ride' as well!!!
