Buying new clothes is always appealing, but there's something about buying the kind of things you've never really allowed yourself before, like a silk kimono in which to waft around, gorgeous pyjamas and sexy lounge-around-the-house clothes. It feels like a nice way to start a marriage.Who cares if you've already been living together? It's the perfect moment to snap out of any slovenly habits.
The night before the wedding and the day after (and throughout your honeymoon, if you can be bothered), write a diary. It's amazing the things you forget that mean so much in a funny way. In years to come, all those little details will help you form a clear picture of those few days.
