Winter wedding has its own pros and cons considering the extreme cold weather and at the same time a beautiful, romantic environment. The fact is that you need to take care of your health and see to it that the guests are also comfortable with sufficient warmth at the venue, winter weddings can be really lavish. • You could arrange for a reception area where people could come and wish you inside the venue. This is especially important in winters because greeting all the guests at the entrance creates a bottleneck. Many people would shiver outside in cold till they arte able to enter inside the venue.
• It is not necessary to choose a particular fabric or style of dresses for your wedding gown or the bridesmaids’ dresses. You could choose whatever suits you the best. Also, you cannot be very choosy about the bridesmaids’ dresses.
• However, make sure you keep you and the bridesmaids warm. There are plenty of styles available in wedding dresses that help to keep you warm. It is not necessary to wear a full sleeves dress. You could wear a beautiful sleeveless wedding dress and still be warm by wearing certain accessories.
• You can be unconventional when it comes to a winter wedding. This is especially with respect to the food, attire and music.
• However, since it is not a traditional wedding season, you would have to talk to all the caterers, DJs and confections well in advance. Some of these professionals could be untraceable during winters as wedding planning is a side profession in the wedding season for most of these people while they have full time jobs for the rest of the year.
