Meet the couple
Kimal and Naquaysha are both from Bermuda and they met on Good Friday in 2012 and did not reconnect again until that October. After about 4 months of dating they both realized they were falling hopelessly in love with one another.
Naquaysha says -His wants were my wants and his desires of love and happiness were my desires of love and happiness. We blended together so well. He fits my everyday life, like he has been here all along. We have the same ambitions in life and I love how he is with my kids. This is my reason for why I chose him to be my husband.
Kimal says- When I lay next to her and hear her heartbeat it is soothing and I know I can be with her for life and take care of her for the rest of our lives, she is the one.
The Ceremony- I was especially excited to do the ceremony for Kimal and Naquaysha. They, along with Kimal's mother were exceptional to work with. They were well organized and also getting married at the same venue I got married at. They decided on a contemporary ceremony with religious elements. They included a child vow since they both had children along with a small memorial. Since Kimal's mother was such a big part of the planning process here in Central Florida and Naquaysha's mother helped her back in Bermuda, I suggested we surprise the parents with a special thank you. It went over well with very teary eyes. The Maitland Art Center has a unique outside venue that consists of an outside Mayan inspired chapel and courtyard. The courtyard has inscriptions and carvings that make it a one of a kind event space.

The ceremony space was gorgeous with ivory chair covers and sunset orange sashes. The bright yellow, ivory and sunset flowers brought the bride's theme to life. The same color scheme was used for the reception area but bits of gold were added.
The Fashion
Everyone was dressed very formal for this outdoor destination wedding. The bride looked stunning in her Alfred Angelo strapless a- line lace bridal gown. The men had on black tuxes and the bridesmaids in long sunset gowns.

Testimonial for I DO Weddings by Sheri
I want to thank Sheri for officiating a beautiful wedding. It was such a beautiful ceremony, that I couldn’t ask for anything more. I felt like I had known her for years, because she made us feel at ease for our day. I loved how she involved our family that was not able to make it, especially our kids that were overseas in school. I would recommend you to others anytime!!
Thank you so much
