Dance Floor Lights At Your Wedding Reception

Dance floor lights at your wedding reception can really add to the atmosphere of your party.  When planning their wedding, most couples probably don't even think about lights and the impact that it can have on your guests and their desire to dance.

Dance floor lights come in a variety of styles and sync up to your wedding DJ's system so that they move and flash to the beat of the song.  They are not meant to turn your wedding reception into a club by any means, but they aim to provide much more of a party feel to your wedding.

The below video put together by Schiemer Entertainment out of Pittsburgh compares weddings with dance floor lights and without.  While the dance floors are full for all of these sample weddings, you can get a feel for the different atmosphere lights provide when the reception  hall's overhead lights are dim and the  DJ's dance floor lights are in full effect.

Many wedding DJ's include dance floor lights in their packages, however during your interview process you may want to check as some DJ's do charge an additional fee for this feature.
